1) Check on the phone line. If you are using extension phone cable, please try to change normal lengh cable which provided by SMC.
2) If the problem persists, log into SMC web admin (http://192.168.2.1/) --> ADSL--> Parameters--> Change the operation mode (according to technical support advice)-->OK
Example, Singapore – change to G.992.1 (G.DMT).
