The TigerStore™ SMB NAS Storage Server (SMCNAS04) can accommodate up to four SATA hard disks with standard RAID 0, 1, 4, 5, as well as JBOD (BIG) configurations. It can provide up to 4TB (Terabytes) of shared network storage using four 1TB SATA II hard disk drives*. The SMCNAS24 comes preconfigured with four 250GB SATA II hard disk drives giving up to 1TB of storage depending on the RAID or JBOD level deployed. Advanced file security, fault tolerant data options, and 4-ports of Gigabit Ethernet networking allow users to quickly and easily deploy additional network storage anywhere in their home or office. Up to three USB 2.0 devices can be connected in order to: expand network storage, provide additional backup services, attach a printer or connect to a USB-UPS to provide temporary auxiliary power in the event of power failure.
