  Q: My SMC product is not working, what should I do?

A: Contact technical support, If tech support has determined your product is defective, and you purchased it within the last 30 days, you may be able to return the product to the place of purchase for exchange or reimbursement.

If you cannot return the product to the store you may arrange for a replacement product by getting an authorization number from tech support and then obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from customer service.
